package/rpi-firmware: bump for enhancements and bug fixes
Fixes and enhancements for:
- video: add 3D stereo, unusual streams with skipped frames
- audio: reset-on-flush, alsa passthrough, volume
- misc : SDRAM drive strength
- some undocumented changes
