package/qt5/qt5base: handle sse2/sse3/ssse3/sse4.1/sse4.2/avx/avx2 configuration
The Qt configure auto detection (and announced runtime detection
feature) failes (see e.g. [1]), so override the configuration
with the buildroot determined settings.
