openpower: inventory-config: fix-up interface
The motherboard or 'node' should implement the Inventory.Item.Board
interface, and not the Inventory.Item.Chassis interface.
The patch lets us view contained systems via the redfish/v1/Systems API
on openpower boxes running bmcweb.
