Use dma_addr_t for ce buffers to support target with extended addressing range. It has extended field for toeplitz hash result, which is being used for HW assisted hash results. To accommodate WCN3990 descriptor, define new CE descriptor for extended addressing mode and related methods to handle the descriptor data.
