Pull fbdev updates from Florian Tobias Schandinat:
"This includes:
- large updates for OMAP
- basic OMAP5 DSS support for DPI and DSI outputs
- large cleanups and restructuring
- some update to Exynos and da8xx-fb
- removal of the pnx4008 driver (arch removed)
- various other small patches"
Fix up some trivial conflicts (mostly just include line changes, but
also some due to the renaming of the deferred work functions by Tejun).

Use devm_request_and_ioremap instead of request_mem_region + devm_ioremap.
This also fixes the following compile error introduced in commit b2ca7f4d

The various devm_ functions allocate memory that is released when a driver
detaches. This patch uses these functions for data that is allocated in the
probe function of a platform device and is only freed in the remove function.

The -rt patches change the console_semaphore to console_mutex. As a
result, a quite large chunk of the patches changes all
acquire/release_console_sem() to acquire/release_console_mutex()
This commit makes things use more neutral function names which dont make
implications about the underlying lock.
The only real change is the return value of console_trylock which is
inverted from try_acquire_console_sem()
This patch also paves the way to switching console_sem from a semaphore to
a mutex.
