Currently, the Kbuild core manipulates header search paths in a crazy
way [1].
To fix this mess, I want all Makefiles to add explicit $(srctree)/ to
the search paths in the srctree. Some Makefiles are already written in
that way, but not all. The goal of this work is to make the notation
consistent, and finally get rid of the gross hacks.
Having whitespaces after -I does not matter since commit 48f6e3cf5bc6
("kbuild: do not drop -I without parameter").

Pull new experimental media request API from Mauro Carvalho Chehab:
"A new media request API
This API is needed to support device drivers that can dynamically
change their parameters for each new frame. The latest versions of
Google camera and codec HAL depends on such feature.
At this stage, it supports only stateless codecs.
It has been discussed for a long time (at least over the last 3-4
years), and we finally reached to something that seem to work.
This series contain both the API and core changes required to support
it and a new m2m decoder driver (cedrus).
As the current API is still experimental, the only real driver using
it (cedrus) was added at staging[1]. We intend to keep it there for a
while, in order to test the API. Only when we're sure that this API
works for other cases (like encoders), we'll move this driver out of
staging and set the API into a stone.
[1] We added support for the vivid virtual driver (used only for
testing) to it too, as it makes easier to test the API for the ones
that don't have the cedrus hardware"

This implements the V4L2 part of the request support. The main
change is that vb2_qbuf and vb2_prepare_buf now have a new
media_device pointer. This required changes to several drivers
that did not use the vb2_ioctl_qbuf/prepare_buf helper functions.

Since VB2_BUF_STATE_PREPARED will be removed in the next patch
we'll remove this unnecessary check (and use of that state) first.

Currently, this driver does not serialize its video4linux
ioctls, which is a bug, as race conditions might appear.
In addition, video_device and vb2_queue locks are now both
mandatory. Add them, and implement wait_prepare and
wait_finish.
To stay on the safe side, this commit uses a single mutex
for both locks. Better latency can be obtained by separating
these if needed.

Remove dependencies on HAS_DMA where a Kconfig symbol depends on another
symbol that implies HAS_DMA, and, optionally, on "|| COMPILE_TEST".
In most cases this other symbol is an architecture or platform specific
symbol, or PCI.
Generic symbols and drivers without platform dependencies keep their
dependencies on HAS_DMA, to prevent compiling subsystems or drivers that
cannot work anyway.
This simplifies the dependencies, and allows to improve compile-testing.
Note:
- The various VIDEOBUF*DMA* symbols had to loose their dependencies on
HAS_DMA, as they are selected by several individual drivers.

As warned:
drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_ipipe.c:1834 vpfe_ipipe_init() error: we previously assumed 'res' could be null (see line 1797)
There's something wrong at vpfe_ipipe_init():
1) it caches the resourse_size() from from the first region
and reuses to the second region;
2) the "res" var is overridden 3 times;
3) at free logic, it assumes that "res->start" is not
overridden by platform_get_resource(pdev, IORESOURCE_MEM, 6),
but that's not true, as it can even be NULL there.
This patch fixes the above issues by:
a) store the resources used by release_mem_region() on
a separate var;
b) stop caching resource_size(), using the function where
needed.

The dm365_ipipe_hw.c and dm365_ipipe.c file check if several table
pointers, declared at davinci_vpfe_user.h, are filled before using

The problem is that those pointers come from struct declarations
like:
struct vpfe_ipipe_yee {

};

The media_entity_pipeline_start() and media_entity_pipeline_stop()
functions are renamed as media_pipeline_start() and media_pipeline_stop(),
respectively. The reason is two-fold: the pipeline struct is, rightly,
already called media_pipeline (rather than media_entity_pipeline) and what
this really is about is a pipeline. A pipeline consists of entities ---
and, well, other objects embedded in these entities.
As the pipeline object will be in the future moved from entities to pads
in order to support multiple pipelines through a single entity, do the
renaming now.
Similarly, functions operating on struct media_entity_graph as well as the
struct itself are renamed by dropping the "entity_" part from the prefix
of the function family and the data structure. The graph traversal which
is what the functions are about is not specifically about entities only
and will operate on pads for the same reason as the media pipeline.
The patch has been generated using the following command:
git grep -l media_entity |xargs perl -i -pe '
s/media_entity_pipeline/media_pipeline/g;
s/media_entity_graph/media_graph/g'
And a few manual edits related to line start alignment and line wrapping.

When building with "make W=1", we get multiple harmless build warnings
for the vpfe driver:
drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_resizer.c:241:1: error: 'static' is not at beginning of declaration [-Werror=old-style-declaration]
drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_resizer.c: In function 'resizer_set_defualt_configuration':
drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_resizer.c:831:16: error: initialized field overwritten [-Werror=override-init]
drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_resizer.c:831:16: note: (near initialization for 'rsz_default_config.rsz_rsc_param[0].h_typ_c')
drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_resizer.c:849:16: error: initialized field overwritten [-Werror=override-init]
drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_resizer.c:849:16: note: (near initialization for 'rsz_default_config.rsz_rsc_param[1].h_typ_c')
All of them are trivial to fix without changing the behavior of the
driver, as "static const" is interpreted the same as "const static",
and VPFE_RSZ_INTP_CUBIC is defined as zero, so the initializations
are not really needed.

It has never been possible to actually build this driver as
a loadable module, only built-in because the Makefile attempts
to build each file into its own module and fails:
ERROR: "mbus_to_pix" [drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/vpfe_video.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "vpfe_resizer_register_entities" [drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/vpfe_mc_capture.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "rsz_enable" [drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_resizer.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "config_ipipe_hw" [drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_ipipe.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "ipipe_set_lutdpc_regs" [drivers/staging/media/davinci_vpfe/dm365_ipipe.ko] undefined!
It took a long time to catch this bug with randconfig builds
because at least 14 other Kconfig symbols have to be enabled in
order to configure this one, and it was clearly only ever tested
as built-in with mainline kernels, if at all.
The solution is really easy: this patch changes the Makefile to
link all files into one module. As discussed previously, the
driver has never before used successfully as a loadable module,
but there is no reason to prevent that configuration.
