* rtl818x: move rtl8180 and rtl8187 to separate subdirectoriesJohn W. Linville2010-12-221-961/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | These drivers share one header file, but nothing else. Worse, both drivers use the rtl8225 part with different register settings. The results has been some ugly naming -- let's simplify that. Signed-off-by: John W. * rtl8187: consolidate anaparam on/off write sequencesHerton Ronaldo Krzesinski2010-11-151-22/+0
| | | | | | | | | | There are repeated calls for anaparam on/off sequence in the code. Consolidate the common code in rtl8187_set_anaparam and use it where needed. * rtl8187: Fix error in setting OFDM power settings for RTL8187LLarry Finger2009-01-291-2/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | After reports of poor performance, a review of the latest vendor driver (rtl8187_linux_26.1025.0328.2007) for RTL8187L devices was undertaken. A difference was found in the code used to index the OFDM power tables. When the Linux driver was changed, my unit works at a much greater range than before. I think this fixes Bugzilla #12380 and has been tested by at least two other users.
