Support for the ITE8172 based boards was deleted a while ago so this is
dead code.
The Kconfig dependency on MIPS was wrong anyway, MIPS is a processor
architecture and nothing else; guesses on systems architecture are likely
to be wrong ...

ioremap must be balanced by an iounmap and failing to do so can result
in a memory leak.
Tested (compilation only) with:
- allmodconfig
- Modifying drivers/mtd/maps/Kconfig and drivers/mtd/nand/Kconfig to
make sure that the changed file is compiling without warning

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
