- Moving the crash_dump.c file to arch dependent part as kmap_atomic_pfn is
specific to i386 and highmem may not exist in other archs.
- Use ioremap for x86_64 to map the previous kernel memory.
- In copy_oldmem_page(), we now directly copy to the user/kernel buffer and
avoid the unneccesary copy to a kmalloc'd page.

This adds an option to remove vm86 support under CONFIG_EMBEDDED. Saves
about 5k.
This version eliminates most of the #ifdefs of the previous version and
instead uses function stubs in vm86.h. Also, release_vm86_irqs is moved
from asm-i386/irq.h to a more appropriate home in vm86.h so that the stubs
can live together.

Reset the ISA DMA controller into a known state after a suspend. Primary
concern was reenabling the cascading DMA channel (4).

arch/i386/kernel/vsyscall-note.o is not listed as a target so its .cmd file
is neither considered as a target nor is it read on the next build. This
causes vsyscall-note.o to be rebuilt every time that you run make, which
causes vmlinux to be rebuilt every time.

This patch adds an ELF note to the vDSO giving the LINUX_VERSION_CODE
value. Having this in the vDSO lets the dynamic linker avoid the `uname'
syscall it now always does at startup to ascertain the kernel ABI
available.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
