* ARM: restart: sa1100: use new restart hookRussell King2012-01-051-0/+1
| | | | | | | Hook these platforms restart code into the new restart hook rather than using arch_reset(). Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

* arm: remove machine_desc.io_pg_offst and .phys_ioNicolas Pitre2010-10-201-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc. The various declarations were removed using the following script: grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \ sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }' [ Initial patch was from Jeremy Kerr, example script from Russell King ] Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nicolas.pitre@linaro.org> Acked-by: Eric Miao <eric.miao at canonical.com>

* ARM: sa11x0: convert set_xxx_data() to register_xxx()Russell King2009-12-061-1/+1
| | | | | | | Only register devices if we have platform data for those which require platform data. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] 5375/1: PATCH - update jornada720.c to reflect driver additionsKristoffer Ericson2009-02-101-2/+12
| | | | | | | | | This patch updates the list of devices activated at init to also include the keyboard and touchscreen structs. We also remove a non-needed #ifdef. Signed-off-by: Kristoffer Ericson <kristoffer.ericson@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/machRussell King2008-08-071-1/+1
| | | | | | This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] Remove asm/hardware.h, use asm/arch/hardware.h insteadRussell King2008-08-071-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h. Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h, update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove asm/hardware.h. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] 4529/1: [HP Jornada 7XX] - Fix jornada720.c to use SSP driverKristoffer Ericson2007-07-281-12/+15
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This fixes the jornada720.c file : * ifdef for CONFIG_SA1100_JORNADA720_SSP since we dont want to include anything not selected in menyconfig. * add documentation for init for future reference * change platform driver name from jornada720_mcu -> jornada_ssp. * change maintainer in file. * [ARM] 4017/1: [Jornada7xx] - Updating Jornada720.cKristoffer Ericson2006-12-131-25/+204
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | * HP Jornada 720 uses epson 1356 chip for graphics. This chip is compatible with s1d13xxxfb driver. * HP Jornada 720 uses a Microprocessor Control Unit to talk to various hardware. We add it as a platform device in jornada720_init() * We provide pm_suspend() to avoid unresolved symbols in apm.o. We are unable to truly suspend now, hence the stub. * Speaker/microphone enabling got removed because it will be placed in the alsa driver. | | | | | | | | | | | | Patch from Nicolas Pitre This field is redundent since it must be equal to PHYS_OFFSET anyway. Now that no code uses it anymore, mark it deprecated and remove all initializations from the tree. * Linux-2.6.12-rc2v2.6.12-rc2Linus Torvalds2005-04-161-0/+105
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
