* PINCTRL: SiRF: add GPIO and GPIO irq support in CSR SiRFprimaIIBarry Song2012-07-022-1/+14
| | | | | | | | | | | | In SiRFprimaII, Each GPIO pin can be configured as input or output independently. If a GPIO is configured as input, it can also be enabled as an interrupt source (either edge or level triggered). These pins must be either MUXed as GPIO or other function pads. * | irq_domain: Remove irq_domain_add_simple()Grant Likely2012-02-161-1/+1
|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | irq_domain_add_simple() was a stop-gap measure until complete irq_domain support was complete. This patch removes the irq_domain_add_simple() interface. This patch also drops the explicit irq_domain initialization performed by the mach-versatile code because the versatile interrupt controller already has irq_domain support built into it. This was a bug that was hanging around quietly for a while, but with the full irq_domain which actually verifies that irq_domain ranges are available it would cause the registration to fail and the system wouldn't boot. v4: Fixed number of irqs in mx5 gpio code v2: Updated to pass in host_data pointer on irq_domain allocation. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Remove the now empty arch_reset() from all the mach/system.h includes, and remove its callsite. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Some platforms (like OMAP not to name it) are doing rather complicated hacks just to determine the base UART address to use. Let's give their addruart macro some slack by providing an extra work register which will allow for much needed cleanups. This is basically a no-op as this commit is only adding the extra argument to the macro but no one is using it yet. | |/ | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Boards used to specify zreladdr in their Makefile.boot with zreladdr-y := x, so conflicting zreladdrs were silently overwritten. This patch changes this to zreladdr-y += x, so that we end up with multiple words in zreladdr in such a case. We can detect this later and complain if necessary. * ARM: CSR: Adding CSR SiRFprimaII board supportBinghua Duan2011-07-0921-0/+1214
SiRFprimaII is the latest generation application processor from CSR’s Multifunction SoC product family. Designed around an ARM cortex A9 core, high-speed memory bus, advanced 3D accelerator and full-HD multi-format video decoder, SiRFprimaII is able to meet the needs of complicated applications for modern multifunction devices that require heavy concurrent applications and fluid user experience. Integrated with GPS baseband, analog and PMU, this new platform is designed to provide a cost effective solution for Automotive and Consumer markets. This patch adds the basic support for this SoC and EVB board based on device tree. It is following the ZYNQ of Xilinx in some degree.
