Pull device tree fixes and reverts from Grant Likely:
"One bug fix and three reverts. The reverts back out the slightly
controversial feeding the entire device tree into the random pool and
the reserved-memory binding which isn't fully baked yet. Expect the
reserved-memory patches at least to resurface for v3.13.
The bug fixes removes a scary but harmless warning on SPARC that was
introduced in the v3.12 merge window. v3.13 will contain a proper fix
that makes the new code work on SPARC.
On the plus side, the diffstat looks *awesome*. I love removing lines
of code"

This reverts commit 9d8eab7af79cb4ce2de5de39f82c455b1f796963. There is
still no consensus on the bindings for the reserved memory and various
drawbacks of the proposed solution has been shown, so the best now is to
revert it completely and start again from scratch later.

Pull ACPI and power management fixes from Rafael Wysocki:
"These fix two recent bugs in ACPIPHP (ACPI-based PCI hotplug) and
update a bunch of web links and e-mail addresses in MAINTAINERS, docs

- The WARN_ON() in acpiphp_enumerate_slots() triggers as a false
positive in some cases, so drop it.

AT91 ADC hardware integrate touch screen support. So this patch add touch
screen support for at91 adc iio driver.
To enable touch screen support in adc, you need to add the dt parameters:
1. which type of touch are used? (4 or 5 wires), sample period time.
2. correct pressure detect threshold value.
In the meantime, since touch screen will use a interal period trigger of adc,
so it is conflict to other hardware triggers. Driver will disable the hardware
trigger support if touch screen is enabled.
This driver has been tested in AT91SAM9X5-EK and SAMA5D3x-EK.

For some devices it is possible to configure a hysteresis for threshold (or
similar) events. This patch adds a new hysteresis event info type which allows
for easy creation and read/write handling of the sysfs attribute.

"We have a fairly large batch of fixes this time around, mostly just
due to various platforms all having a fix or two more than usual.
Worth pointing out are:
- A fix for EDMA on Davinci/OMAP where channel allocation broke with
the DT conversion. Due to some miscommunication we didn't
understand the impact of the breakage, so we were pushing back on
it for 3.12, but it sounds like it's actually breaking quite a few
people out there.
- A bunch of fixes for Marvell platforms, some straggling fixes for
merge window fallout and some fixes for a couple of the platforms
(Netgear RN102 in particular).
- A fix for a race between multi-cluster power management and cpu
hotplug on Versatile Express.
And a bunch of other smaller fixes that all add up.
We'll be switching over into stricter regressions-only mode from here
on out"

Currently DT compatibility strings of both types can be found in the kernel
sources: <unit>-<soc> and <soc>-<unit>, whereas a unique format should be
followed and the former one is preferred. This patch converts the SDHI
MMC driver and its users to the common standard. This is safe for now, since
ATM no real products are using this driver with DT.

Other acceptable values:
<1> : eTSEC system clock
<2> : eTSEC1 transmit clock
<3> : RTC clock input
When this attribute isn't used, eTSEC system clock will serve as
IEEE 1588 timer reference clock.

Recently commit bab55417b10c ("block: support embedded device command
line partition") introduced CONFIG_CMDLINE_PARSER. However, that name
is too generic and sounds like it enables/disables generic kernel boot
arg processing, when it really is block specific.
Before this option becomes a part of a full/final release, add the BLK_
prefix to it so that it is clear in absence of any other context that it
is block specific.
In addition, fix up the following less critical items:
- help text was not really at all helpful.
- index file for Documentation was not updated
- add the new arg to Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt
- clarify wording in source comments

The documentation says that the result of raw * scale should be in microvolts,
but in reallity all drivers actually report the scale so that the result is in
millivolts. So update the documentation to match reallity.

The serial driver fixes some kref leaks, documentation is moved to the
proper places, and the tty and n_tty fixes resolve some reported
regressions. There is still one outstanding tty regression fix that
isn't in here yet, as I want to test it out some more, it will be sent
for 3.12-rc4 if it checks out"

According to a recent thread [1] on the linux-serial
list, the binding documentation of serial drivers
should be added into bindings/serial.

Commit d50240a5f6ce ("arm64: mm: permit use of tagged pointers at EL0")
added support for tagged pointers in userspace, but the corresponding
update to Documentation/ contained some imprecise statements.
This patch fixes up some minor ambiguities in the text, hopefully making
it more clear about exactly what the kernel expects from user virtual
addresses.

2bd2d6f2dc ("sched: Replace use of entity_key()") had remove the
entity_key() which function is to subtract a tasks vruntime by
its groups minvruntime as the rbtree key.
The phrase "there is a subtraction using rq->cfs.min_vruntime
to account for possible wraparounds" in documentation feels strange
and meaningless. So remove it.

New Core Elements
1) New INT_TIME info_mask element for integration time, which may have
different effects on measurement noise and similar, than an amplifier
and hence is different from existing SCALE. Already existed in some
drivers as a custom attribute.
2) Introduce a iio_push_buffers_with_timestamp helper to cover the common
case of filling the last 64 bits of data to be passed to the buffer with
a timestamp. Applied to lots of drivers. Cuts down on repeated code and
moves a slightly fiddly bit of logic into a single location.
3) Introduce info_mask_[shared_by_dir/shared_by_all] elements to allow support
of elements such as sampling_frequency which is typically shared by all
input channels on a device. This reduces code and makes these controls
available from in kernel consumers of IIO devices.

New driver functionality
1) ti_am335x_adc Add buffered sampling support.
This device has a hardware fifo that is fed directly into an IIO kfifo
buffer based on a watershed interrupt. Note this will act as an example
of how to handle this increasingly common type of device.
The only previous example - sca3000 - take a less than optimal approach
which is largely why it is still in staging.
A couple of little cleanups for that new functionality followed later.
Core cleanups:
1) MAINTAINERS - Sachin actually brought my email address up to date because
I said I'd do it and never got around to it :)
2) Assign buffer list elements as single element lists to simplify the
iio_buffer_is_active logic.
3) wake_up_interruptible_poll instead of wake_up_interruptible to only wake

Integration time is in seconds; it controls the measurement
time and influences the gain of a sensor.
There are two typical ways that scaling is implemented in a device:
1) input amplifier,
2) reference to the ADC is changed.
These both result in the accuracy of the ADC varying (by applying its
sampling over a more relevant range).
Integration time is a way of dealing with noise inherent in the analog
sensor itself. In the case of a light sensor, a mixture of photon noise
and device specific noise. Photon noise is dealt with by either improving
the efficiency of the sensor, (more photons actually captured) which is not
easily varied dynamically, or by integrating the measurement over a longer
time period. Note that this can also be thought of as an averaging of a
number of individual samples and is infact sometimes implemented this way.
Altering integration time implies that the duration of a measurement changes,
a fact the device's user may be interested in.
Hence it makes sense to distinguish between integration time and simple
scale. In some devices both types of control are present and whilst they
will have similar effects on the amplitude of the reading, their effect
on the noise of the measurements will differ considerably.

* tsl2563 (integration time is controlled via CALIBSCALE among other things)
* tsl2583 (has integration_time device_attr, but driver doesn't use channels yet)

Armada 370 requires a single clock phandle, and Armada XP requires

This commit fixes the DT binding for the Armada 370/XP SoC timer.
The previous "marvell,armada-370-xp-timer" compatible is removed and
two new compatible strings are introduced: "marvell,armada-xp-timer"
and "marvell,armada-370-timer".
The rationale behind this change is that the Armada 370 SoC and the
Armada XP SoC timers are not really compatible:
* Armada 370 has no 25 MHz fixed timer.
* Armada XP cannot work properly without such 25 MHz fixed timer
as doing otherwise leads to using a clocksource whose frequency
varies when doing cpufreq frequency changes.
This commit also removes the "marvell,timer-25Mhz" property, given
it's now meaningless.
