block: remove CONFIG_LBDAF

Currently support for 64-bit sector_t and blkcnt_t is optional on 32-bit architectures. These types are required to support block device and/or file sizes larger than 2 TiB, and have generally defaulted to on for a long time. Enabling the option only increases the i386 tinyconfig size by 145 bytes, and many data structures already always use 64-bit values for their in-core and on-disk data structures anyway, so there should not be a large change in dynamic memory usage either. gfs2: Fix the crc32c dependency

Depend on LIBCRC32C which uses the crypto API to select the appropriate crc32c implementation. With the CRYPTO and CRYPTO_CRC32C dependencies, gfs2 would still need to use the crypto API directly like ext4 and btrfs do, which isn't necessary. GFS2: Introduce new gfs2_log_header_v2

This patch adds a new structure called gfs2_log_header_v2 which is used to store expanded fields into previously unused areas of the log headers (i.e., this change is backwards compatible). Some of these are used for debug purposes so we can backtrack when problems occur. Others are reserved for future expansion. This patch is based on a prototype from Steve Whitehouse. gfs2: use workqueue instead of slow-work

Workqueue can now handle high concurrency. Convert gfs to use workqueue instead of slow-work. * Steven pointed out that recovery path might be run from allocation path and thus requires forward progress guarantee without memory allocation. Create and use gfs_recovery_wq with rescuer. Please note that forward progress wasn't guaranteed with slow-work. * Updated to use non-reentrant workqueue.
