This commit adds a check on ops pointer to avoid a kernel panic when ops->strict is used. Indeed, on some pinctrl driver (at least for pinctrl-stmfx) the pinmux ops is not implemented. Let's assume than gpio can be used in this case. The user space like gpioinfo only see the GPIO usage but not the MUX usage (e.g. I2C or SPI usage) of a pin. As a user we want to know which pin is free/safe to use. So take the MUX usage of strict pinmux controllers into account to get a more realistic view for ioctl GPIO_GET_LINEINFO_IOCTL. We must return the selector from pinmux_generic_add_function() so pin controller device drivers can remove the right group if needed for deferred probe for example. And we now must make sure that a proper name is passed so we can use it to check if the entry already exists. Note that fixes are also needed for the pin controller drivers to use the selector value.
