dev_consume_skb_irq() should be called in w90p910_ether_start_xmit()
when skb xmit done. It makes drop profiles(dropwatch, perf) more

The get_mac_address() function is normally inline, but when it is
not, we get a warning that this configuration is broken:

WARNING: vmlinux.o(.text+0x4aff00): Section mismatch in reference from the function w90p910_ether_setup() to the function .init.text:get_mac_address()
The function w90p910_ether_setup() references
the function __init get_mac_address().
This is often because w90p910_ether_setup lacks a __init

Remove the __init to make it always do the right thing.

In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.

Instead of using a private copy of struct net_device_stats in
struct w90p910_ether, use stats from struct net_device. Also remove
the now unnecessary .ndo_get_stats function.

The ethtool api {get|set}_settings is deprecated.
We move this driver to new api {get|set}_link_ksettings.

As I don't have the hardware, I'd be very pleased if
someone may test this patch.
