h4_recv_buf() callers store the return value to socket buffer and
recursively pass the buffer to h4_recv_buf() without protection. So,
ERR_PTR returned from h4_recv_buf() can be dereferenced, if called again
before setting the socket buffer to NULL from previous error. Check if
skb is ERR_PTR in h4_recv_buf().

In case of using BT_ERR and BT_INFO, convert to bt_dev_err and
bt_dev_info when possible. This allows for controller specific
reporting.

A common pattern with skb_put() is to just want to memcpy()
some data into the new space, introduce skb_put_data() for
this.

An spatch similar to the one for skb_put_zero() converts many
of the places using it:

    @@
    identifier p, p2;
    expression len, skb, data;
    type t, t2;
    @@
    (
    -p = skb_put(skb, len);
    +p = skb_put_data(skb, data, len);
    |
    -p = (t)skb_put(skb, len);
    +p = skb_put_data(skb, data, len);
    )
    (
    p2 = (t2)p;
    -memcpy(p2, data, len);
    |
    -memcpy(p, data, len);
    )

    @@
    type t, t2;
    identifier p, p2;
    expression skb, data;
    @@
    t *p;
    ...
    (
    -p = skb_put(skb, sizeof(t));
    +p = skb_put_data(skb, data, sizeof(t));
    |
    -p = (t *)skb_put(skb, sizeof(t));
    +p = skb_put_data(skb, data, sizeof(t));
    )
    (
    p2 = (t2)p;
    -memcpy(p2, data, sizeof(*p));
    |
    -memcpy(p, data, sizeof(*p));
    )

    @@
    expression skb, len, data;
    @@
    -memcpy(skb_put(skb, len), data, len);
    +skb_put_data(skb, data, len);

The new hci_skb_pkt_* wrappers are mainly intented for drivers to
require less knowledge about bt_cb(sbk) handling. So after converting
the core packet handling, convert all drivers.

The manually coded frame reassembly is actually broken. The h4_recv_buf
helper from the UART driver is a perfect fit for frame reassembly for
this driver. So just export that function and use it here as well.

Packets with a variable length value equal to zero were not received.

Since no more data expected (and input buffer entirely consumed), we
need to complete/forward the packet immediately instead of waiting for
more data.
