Pull tty/serial driver updates from Greg KH:
"Here are the big set of tty and serial driver updates for 5.6-rc1

  Included in here are:
   - dummy_con cleanups (touches lots of arch code)
   - sysrq logic cleanups (touches lots of serial drivers)
   - samsung driver fixes (wasn't really being built)
   - conmakeshash move to tty subdir out of scripts

CONFIG_PREEMPTION is selected by CONFIG_PREEMPT and by CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT.
Both PREEMPT and PREEMPT_RT require the same functionality which today
depends on CONFIG_PREEMPT.

Switch the entry code over to use CONFIG_PREEMPTION.

Rename RW_DATA_SECTION to RW_DATA. (Calling this a "section" is a lie,
since it's multiple sections and section flags cannot be applied to
the macro.)

The .notes section should be non-executable read-only data. As such,
move it to the RO_DATA macro instead of being per-architecture defined.

Move the static keyword to the front of declaration of
csky_pmu_of_device_ids, and resolve the following compiler
warning that can be seen when building with warnings
enabled (W=1):

arch/csky/kernel/perf_event.c:1340:1: warning:

Since the enabling and disabling of IRQs within preempt_schedule_irq()
is contained in a need_resched() loop, we don't need the outer arch

The csky_pmu.max_period has type u64, and BIT() can only return
32 bits unsigned long on C-SKY. The initialization for max_period
will be incorrect when count_width is bigger than 32.

Use BIT_ULL()
