This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:
CONFIG_FIT
CONFIG_OF_BOARD_SETUP
CONFIG_OF_SYSTEM_SETUP
CONFIG_FIT_SIGNATURE
CONFIG_FIT_BEST_MATCH
CONFIG_FIT_VERBOSE
CONFIG_OF_STDOUT_VIA_ALIAS
CONFIG_RSA
Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure
this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is
enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the
image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

Move this option to Kconfig and clean up the header files. Adjust the only
user (the LCD driver) to work with the new driver.

Move this driver over to use driver model. This involves rearranging the
code somewhat. The effect is that everything is run from the probe() method.
Boards which use this are fixed up, but only seaboard is tested.

This option refers only to the tegra20 video driver, so name it as such
to avoid confusion with tegra124.
Also move this option to Kconfig.

Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.
The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
<boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board.
Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET.
This moves the config that was defined by 60296a8 (commands: add more
command entries in Kconfig).

All boards need CONFIG_BOARD_EARLY_INIT_F, and many actively need
CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INIT. Move both of these into tegra-common.h so that
board config headers don't need to repeatedly define them.
Later commits will add new code in board_late_init() which applies to
all boards, so CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INIT should be enabled for all Tegra
boards.

This commit moves:
CONFIG_OF_CONTROL
CONFIG_OF_SEPARATE
CONFIG_OF_EMBED
CONFIG_OF_HOSTFILE
Because these options are currently not supported for SPL,
the "Device Tree Control" menu does not appear in the SPL
configuration.
Note:
zynq-common.h should be adjusted so as not to change the
default value of CONFIG_SPL_FAT_LOAD_PAYLOAD_NAME.

Boot script support brings Medcom-Wide in line with other Tegra boards.
In order to enable booting a Linux kernel with initial ramdisk, also add
support for the new FIT image type.

Enable a common set of partition types, filesystems, and related
commands in tegra-common.h, so that they are available on all Tegra
boards. This allows boot.scr (loaded and executed by the default
built-in environment) on those boards to assume that certain features
are always available.
Do this in tegra-common.h, so that individual board files can undefine
the features if they really don't want any of them.

TEGRA_DEVICE_SETTINGS lives now in tegra-common-post.h.
This removes custom TEGRA_DEVICE_SETTINGS for all tegra boards providing
video output, except seaboard, which was fixed by Stephen already.

The Medcom-Wide has a 15" LCD panel with a resolution of 1366x768
pixels. Add a corresponding panel description to the device tree and
enable LCD support in the configuration.

Medcom is the marketing name for an older, PXA-based version of the same
device. In order to avoid confusion, rename the Tegra-based version to
the new marketing name.
