smdk5250, snow: convert to CONFIG_SPL_MAX_FOOTPRINT
This target wants to check full SPL size, BSS included.
Remove CONFIG_SPL_MAX_SIZE definition and instead define
CONFIG_SPL_MAX_FOOTPRINT.
