Add separate compatible strings for every platform and populate the
pbias register offset in the driver data.
This helps avoid depending on the dt for pbias register offset.
Also update the dt binding documentation for the new compatible
strings.

regulator_disable of pbias always writes '0' to the enable_reg.
However actual disable value of pbias regulator is not always '0'.
Fix it by populating the disable_val in pbias_reg_info for the
various platforms and assign it to the disable_val of
pbias regulator descriptor. This will be used by
regulator_disable_regmap while disabling pbias regulator.

A platform_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the

The site-specific OOM messages are unnecessary, because they
duplicate the MM subsystem generic OOM message.

Since commit ca5d1b3524b4d
"regulator: helpers: Modify helpers enabling multi-bit control",
we can set enable_val setting for device that use multiple bits for control
when using regmap enable/disable/bypass ops.

The is_enabled implementation is wrong in some cases:
e.g. for pbias_mmc_omap5: enable_mask is : BIT(27) | BIT(25) | BIT(26)
However, pbias_regulator_enable() only sets BIT(27) | BIT(26) bits.
So is_enabled callback will always return false in this case.
Fix the logic to compare the register value with info->enable rather than
info->enable_mask.

pbias register controls internal power supply to sd card i/o pads
in most OMAPs (OMAP2-5, DRA7).
Control bits for selecting voltage level and
enabling/disabling are in the same PBIAS register.
