* wireless: Use octal not symbolic permissionsJoe Perches2018-03-271-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Prefer the direct use of octal for permissions. Done with checkpatch -f --types=SYMBOLIC_PERMS --fix-inplace and some typing. Miscellanea: o Whitespace neatening around these conversions. Signed-off-by: Joe Perches <joe@perches.com> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org>
* iwlegacy: remove redundant pointer sta_privColin Ian King2017-11-081-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | Pointer sta_priv is assigned but never read, hence it is redundant and can be removed. Cleans up clang warning: drivers/net/wireless/intel/iwlegacy/4965-rs.c:2163:2: warning: Value stored to 'sta_priv' is never read Signed-off-by: Colin Ian King <colin.king@canonical.com> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org>
* iwlegacy: remove usage of txrc->max_rate_idxJohannes Berg2017-03-071-1/+1
| | | | | | | Just calculate it like mac80211 does today, so we can get rid of the calculation in mac80211 for everyone else. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
* cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_bandJohannes Berg2016-04-121-11/+11
| | | | | | | | | This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
