Some DP dongles in particular seem to be fussy about too large
link M/N values. Set specific value for N divider can resolve
this issue per dongle vendor's comment. So configure N as
constant value (0x8000) to instead of reduce M/N formula when
specific DP dongle connected.

We have a bunch of neat little macros all over the place which should
move to kernel.h. But some of them died in bikesheds on lkml, and we
need a decent home for them.
Start out by moving the for_each_if macro there.

Instead of defining all registers twice, define just a PCH_GPIO_BASE
that has the same address as PCH_GPIO_A and use that to calculate all
the others. This also brings VLV and !HAS_GMCH_DISPLAY in line, doing
the same thing.
v2: Fix GMBUS registers to be relative to gpio base; create GPIO()
macro to return a particular gpio address and move the enum out of
i915_reg.h (suggested by Jani)

It makes sense to keep unchanging data const. Extract such fields from
the i915_power_well struct into a new i915_power_well_desc struct that
we initialize during compile time. For the rest of the dynamic
fields allocate an array of i915_power_well objects in i915 dev_priv,
and link to each of these objects their corresponding
i915_power_well_desc object.

This patchs adds the cec_notifier feature to the intel_hdmi part
of the i915 DRM driver. It uses the HDMI DRM connector name to differentiate
between each HDMI ports.
The changes will allow the i915 HDMI code to notify EDID and HPD changes
to an eventual CEC adapter.

Add the definition for ICL power wells and their mapping to power
domains. On ICL there are 3 power well control registers, we'll select
the correct one based on higher bits of the power well ID. The offset
for the control and status flags within this register is based on the
lower bits of the ID as on older platforms.
As the DC state programming is also the same as on old platforms we can
reuse the corresponding helpers. For this we mark here the DC-off power
well as shared among multiple platforms.
Other than the above the delta between old platforms and ICL:
- Pipe C has its own power well, so we can save some additional power in the
pipe A+B and (non-eDP) pipe A configurations.

Add and enum for TC ports and auxiliary functions to handle them.
Icelake brings a lot of registers and other things that only apply to
the TC ports and are indexed starting from 0, so having an enum for
tc_ports that starts at 0 really helps the indexing.
This patch is based on previous patches written by Dhinakaran Pandiyan
and Mahesh Kumar.

Plug in the bdw+ irq handling for PSR interrupts. bdw+ supports psr on
any transcoder in theory, though the we don't currenty enable PSR except
on the EDP transcoder.

PSR on CNL requires AUX IO wells to be kept on and the existing AUX domain
for AUX-A enables DC_OFF well too. This is not required, so add a new
AUX_IO_A domain for AUX-A to allow DC states to remain enabled. Other AUX
channels re-use the existing AUX domains.

Since we no longer have a 1:1 correspondence between ports and AUX
channels, let's give AUX channels their own enum. Makes it easier
to tell the apples from the oranges, and we get rid of the
port E AUX power domain FIXME since we now derive the power domain
from the actual AUX CH.

that is only the full split between port A and port E.
