STi series SOCs have a glue layer on top of the synopsis gmac IP, this
glue layer needs to be configured before the gmac driver starts using
the IP.
This patch adds a support to this glue layer which is configured via
stmmac setup, init, exit callbacks.

This patch is an attempt to gather the Ethernet related bindings in one file,
like it's done in the MMC and some other subsystems. It should save some of
the trouble of documenting several properties over and over in each binding
document, instead only making reference to the main file.
I have used the Embedded Power Architecture(TM) Platform Requirements (ePAPR)
standard as a base for the properties description, also documenting some ad-hoc
properties that have been introduced over time despite having direct analogs in
ePAPR.

This patch adds support for the interrupt controllers found in some
TI-Nspire models.
FIQ support was taken out to simplify the driver code and may be added
in later. Since Linux on this platform doesn't really use FIQs, this
wasn't really that important in the first place.

This patch enables the JPEG codec on S5PV210 and Exynos4210 SoCs. There are
some differences in newer versions of the JPEG codec IP on SoCs like Exynos4x12
and Exynos5 series and support for them will be added in subsequent patches.

Document the device tree binding for Broadcom Kona architecture
clock control units and clocks. Kona device nodes are represented
with compatible strings having "bcm11351" in their name.
Kona clocks are managed by "clock control units" (CCUs). Each CCU
has a device tree node, and within that node are defined the names
of the clocks provided by the CCU.
The BCM281xx family of SoCs use Kona CCUs and clocks.

The frequency for the Kona timer can either be specified through the
device tree or determined by checking the rate of the clock specified
in the device tree. Update the documentation to reflect both ways.

The head number of a given display controller is fixed in hardware and
required to program outputs appropriately. Relying on the driver probe
order to determine this number will not work, since that could yield a
situation where the second head was probed first and would be assigned
head number 0 instead of 1.
By explicitly specifying the head number in the device tree, it is no
longer necessary to rely on these assumptions. As a fallback, if the
property isn't available, derive the head number from the display
controller node's position in the device tree. That's somewhat more
reliable than the previous default but not a proper solution.

This commit adds support for both DSI outputs found on Tegra. Only very
minimal functionality is implemented, so advanced features like ganged
mode won't work.
Due to the lack of other test hardware, some sections of the driver are
hardcoded to work with Dalmore.

Introduce device tree bindings for the MIPI pad calibration controller
found on Tegra SoCs. The controller can be used to perform calibration
of pads used for DSI and CSI peripherals.

Use the DRM panel framework to attach a panel to an output. If the panel
attached to a connector supports supports the backlight brightness
accessors, a property will be available to allow the brightness to be
modified from userspace.
