video: move fbdev to drivers/video/fbdev
The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev device drivers, fbdev framework files. Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev directory, and move all fbdev related files there. No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this patch. + * This driver is written to be used with the Hecuba display controller
+ * board, and tested with the EInk 800x600 display in 1 bit mode.
+ * The interface between Hecuba and the host is TTL based GPIO. The
+ * GPIO requirements are 8 writable data lines and 6 lines for control.
+ * Only 4 of the controls are actually used here but 6 for future use.
+ * The driver requires the IO addresses for data and control GPIO at
+ * load time. It is also possible to use this display with a standard
+ * PC parallel port.
+ *
+ * General notes:
+ * - User must set dio_addr=0xIOADDR cio_addr=0xIOADDR c2io_addr=0xIOADDR
