tty: serial: fix typo "SERIAL_S3C2412"

The Kconfig symbol SERIAL_S3C2412 got removed in commit da121506eb03ee5daea55404709110b798bd61d9 ("serial: samsung: merge probe() function from all SoC specific extensions"). But it also added a last reference to that symbol. The commit and the tree make clear that CPU_S3C2412 should have been used instead. This could have been either ARCH_S5P64X0 or CPU_S5P6450. Looking at commit 2555e663b367b8d555e76023f4de3f6338c28d6c ("ARM: S5P64X0: Add UART serial support for S5P6450") - which added this typo - makes clear this should be CPU_S5P6450. Pull MIPS updates from Ralf Baechle: o Add basic support for the Mediatek/Ralink Wireless SoC family. o The Qualcomm Atheros platform is extended by support for the new QCA955X SoC series as well as a bunch of patches that get the code ready for OF support. o Lantiq and BCM47XX platform have a few improvements and bug fixes. o MIPS has sent a few patches that get the kernel ready for the upcoming microMIPS support. o The rest of the series is made up of small bug fixes and cleanups that relate to various parts of the MIPS code. Since SERIAL_CORE needs GENERIC_HARDIRQS (see below) and most serial drivers select it, just add a GENERIC_HARDIRQS dependency to all serial drivers. tty: Added a CONFIG_TTY option to allow removal of TTY

The option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. This saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway. bloat-o-meter output is below. The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than "depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies. bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal by removing TTY. serial: rp2: New driver for Comtrol RocketPort 2 cards

This driver supports the RocketPort EXPRESS and RocketPort INFINITY families of PCI/PCIe multiport serial adapters. These adapters use a "RocketPort 2" ASIC that is not compatible with the original RocketPort driver (CONFIG_ROCKETPORT). Tested with the RocketPort EXPRESS Octa DB9 and Quad DB9. NVIDIA's Tegra has multiple UART controller which supports: - APB DMA based controller fifo read/write. - End Of Data interrupt in incoming data to know whether end of frame achieve or not. - HW controlled RTS and CTS flow control to reduce SW overhead.
