None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include &lt;linux/init.h&gt;.  Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

Commit 0998d06310 (device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no
driver is bound) removes the need to set driver data field to
NULL.

This patch converts mc13783-pwrbutton to use the module_platform_driver()
macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler.

Also staticise mc13783_pwrbutton_driver which is not used outside
this driver so no need to make the symbol global.
