On FSP system we should never try to call vitalAttnHandler because
the fir bits that trigger this code should be masked. However
we have seen issues where for whatever reason the firs get unmasked.
If we happen to fall into this code on a FSP system we want to make
sure that no deconfigure records get added to the error logs that
get generated. If deconfig records get added it can collide with
the flow that hwsv is doing to attempt to recover the SBE. Also
in this commit we removed the TODO for disabling the OCC if the SBE
dies. We have decided that it is no longer necessary to disable
the OCC if the SBE dies. See story for more information.

Added flag to force a HB dump for most VFS crashes.
Also added a few constants in the ErrlEntry constructor to make
the bool args more obvious.

The existing key transition flow updates all SBE SEEPROMs within the system in
the same boot, thereby quiescing all SBEs. This compromises the ability of FSP
to detect a key transition TI at the end of the update process because the SBE
is not alive to service FSP's incoming SBE FIFO request to read the memory
holding the attention information. This change adds new support to log
the key transition progress in a node target attribute introduced in an
earlier commit and send that status to FSP via a new mailbox message.

When a failure occurs early in IPL (for instance, due to
corrupt secure headers), the doShutdown path attempts to
print a trace to the console, which, if the console has
not been initialized yet, locks up the shutdown path, and
we don't shut down gracefully. This change adds a check
to make sure the console library has been loaded prior to
flushing the trace in doShutdown path.

For Fleetwood support the TCE attributes refering to memory regions
had to move from the system level to the node level. Now that the
Hostboot and FSP code no longer use these attributes at the system
level we can remove them and their usage.

This commit retrieves the amount of space the PAYLOAD has reserved
for the HDAT content in its SPIRA section. It then uses this size
when copying the HDAT from the temporary location (where the FSP
put it with DMAs-via-TCEs) to its final location.

so they are being reverted back to their natural state.

This change implements a Centaur SCOM cache for sensitive SCOM registers. The
cache is initialized and enabled before the first Centaur SCOM, and disabled
just prior to locking down the Centaur configuration. Once the Centaur has been
locked down, the real register values are compared to the cache entries, and the
Centaur is deconfigured (not garded) on any mismatch in assumptions.

During IPL time hostboot does not know about OBUS targets on other
processors. Because of this we cannot set the PEER_TARGET attribute
on the OBUS targets because we don't know about their peers. During
HBRT however, we do know this information. In this commit support is
added to look at the attribute PEER_PATH for targets whose PEER_TARGET
attribute is null. This will allow use to target and OBUS's peer
during HBRT.

Removes extraneous logic in the "host IPL complete" step which used to re-enable
external access to the Centaurs over the cMFSI path. The design point is never
to disable this type of access in the first place, so the noted logic was no
longer necessary.

- In MPIPL the HW interrupt config could be such that interrupts will
cross node boundaries. HB handles interrupts independently on each
node - so initialize INTRP in a way to handle this transition.
- Modify the MPIPL flow with the following changes:
a) Set the Interrupt LSI State Machine to disabled
b) Enable LSI Mode via the Interrupt Control Register
c) Force all nodes to sync after steps a + b
- Enable INTRP Multi-Node MPIPL Sync Code developed in P8
- Each node will now initialize its own internode_info
data area during an initial IPL
- Coalescing of the Host will modify this data to define
all the nodes in the system
- During the MPIPL each node can view each others area to
determine when all nodes have reached the common sync point
- Remove Legacy P8 MPIPL INTRP Code that is not used

This commit introduces a new error log that will get displayed
when a slave SBE fails to reach runtime after the intial start_cbs.
Before adding this there was no notification letting the user know
that Hostboot failed to boot the slave sbe and that it gave control
to the FSP so hwsv can figure out what to do next. In addition to
this new error log this commit also updates other errlCommit func
calls in the sbe_retry_handler to ensure we are using SBEIO as the
component id for these error logs.

Adding support, in IStep 09 to make the call to p9_io_obus_dccal and
p9_io_obus_pre_trainadv. Did a lot of refactoring of code for
the call to p9_io_xbus_dccal. For the code to train p9_io_xbus_dccal
there seemed to be a lot of repetitve code. Also did some consildation
of code for the call to p9_io_obus_dccal and p9_io_xbus_pre_trainadv.
This consildated code resides in istep09HelperFuncs.H/.C.

Adding support, in Istep 08 to make HWP calls for many various
components. In the various istep 8 call_proc_* and istep 10
call_proc*, I was able to consolidate the HWP call into a single
single function. The consolidated code for these calls exists
in the file nest/nestHwpHelperFuncs. Also added a function to
capture errors in file isteps/istepHelperFuncs.

It's possible that some targets that use I2C to detect if they are
present might not be present after a system re-IPLs and performs a
FSI I2C Reset. Therefore, later in the IPL, after a Host I2C Reset
sequence an attempt to rediscover any of these targets is made.
If any new targets are found, the system will re-IPL. Currently
only supporting looking for DIMMs now on OpenPower systems with
securemode enabled.

only. Soon we are going to support MPIPL on FSP based OPAL system as well.
Lets enable MDRT count update for FSP based OPAL system as well.

-A testcase was executed which garded out all the MBA's
in the system, the expectation was that hostboot would
attempt to configure enough hardware in the system to
successfully ipl. However instead of IPLing multiple
checkstops and various error logs were observed.
-The testcase to gard all the mba's and then ipl the
system resulted in there being no useable memory available
for the master proc (proc0). In this case there is code
which will swap the memory map around such that the sytem
can still IPL. One of the requirements to enable the
ability to swap the memory map around is to use the
effective chip and group ids for calculating the memory
ranges.
-When setting the inband scom address for the DMI targets
the existing calulation is using the default fabric chip
group ids, this commit will change the calulation to use
the "effective" chip and group ids when calculating the
inband scom mmio range.

manually and the TPS procedure is never executed. This also fixes a
flooding issue when TPS is not available to fix persistent errors.

Currently there is a bug where PRD will attempt to handle a OBUS
fir before the OBUS's peer target is known to hostboot. During IPL
the OBUS's peer target is not known because each hostboot instance
only knows about its own node. In order to get around this we will
save the OBUS's peer target's path in the attribute PEER_PATH so
later during HBRT when we know about other nodes we can correctly
set the OBUS's PEER_TARGET attribute with the correct value.

Not exactly sure why the code was not printing out the wanted traces and
attribute data, but apparently the files that contains the code for the SBEIO
FFDC parser, file sbeIoErrlUd.H and file sbeIoFfdcType.H, are a copy of what
is in the FSP repo, files sbeUserDataParser.C and sbeFFDCType.H. The HB
files were out of sync with FSP files. Once I updated the HB files, literally
just copied the contents of the FSP files into the HB files, the traces and
attribute data appeared. Turns out it was just a syncing issue.

This change implements the detection and initialization of the backup
TPM in istep 10.14. The backup TPM is presence-detected and initialized;
the logs of the primary TPM are extended into the secondary TPM in istep
10.14. After the initialization of the secondary TPM, all events are
extended into both TPMs. A test was created to test whether the backup
TPM is initialized correctly.

Add a error log if FAPI Attributes are ingested so there
is an indication that these are not supported rather than
throwing them silently on the floor.

When console traces are enabled, the boot takes significantly
longer than usual. Our standard watchdog timeout of 2 minutes
is not sufficient.
Made the following changes:
- Tied the enablement of the long timeout to the CONFIG flags for
console traces
- Increased the timeout to 1 hour (from 40 minutes) since this is
lab only and false positives are the worst...
- Added a couple clarifying traces to make future watchdog debug
simpler
