The SBE extract code is being moved to a class structure,
and since the FSM uses function pointers, we cannot easily
implement a finite state machine.

In a manufacturing environment it is desired to reboot once
(and only once) to get the FIRDATA analysis on checkstop.
This commit adds functionality to control the auto reboot policy
on the BMC. It then "remembers" the state using the HB VOLATILE
PNOR partition to enable reboots when in MFG mode.
Note that when in this mode, any reboot (even from host) will
terminate the boot.

Hostboot to enable the TCE path for DMAs. When the FSP sets this
attribute, the hostboot code will initialize the TCE settings.

Work-around for HW415185. On a cumulus system reads from
the first 6 DMI SCOM registers need to be read twice to
obtain correct values. It is desired to implement a
workaround in the SCOM driver that will force a retry
for any reads from these registers until a hardware
fix is in place.
*Implemented a framework for executing post operation
actions following a scom device operation. Currently
the only post operation action defined is the retry
request operation. The purpose of the framework is
to remove workaround logic from the device operation
code and place it in easily removable individual source
files as work-arounds are expected to be temporary in
nature.
*Move existing retry request for IBSCOM retries to
a new class IbScomRetry.
*Created the PostOpRetryCheck base class for the
workaround framework.
*Created a top-level composite pattern class used for
invoking request logic - PostOpChecks.
*Created a workaround class - DmiSomWorkaround
for querying DMI retry requests.
*Modified the doScomOp method to invoke the framework
to test for retries. Removed retry recursion.
*Created Unit Tests.
*Created integration test.

A few workarounds were put in place to get simics moved up to the
2.0 nimbus model. One was that we put in a hack into a mvpd test
case, the other was disabling the occ_xstop handler from starting.
I found that after putting in good mvpd the occ_xstop handler was
booting up okay. An the mvpd test case is fixed to correctly find
the bucketValue from the value returned from the POUNDV_DATA attr

Key_Cronus_Test=XIP_REGRESS
- Updates to TOR API codes to allow user codes to call TOR API
function on a Centaur image. Note that the API no longer needs
the caller to supply and XIP section ID.
- Updates to TOR API codes to take advantage of the improved
data and meta-data representation in the ring Id codes and
the more self-contained ring image which now has the TOR magic
header.
- Updates to xip_tool to allow dissection of Centaur image.
- Additional updates to TOR API codes and ring Id codes to continue
improving overall clarity of data, data structures and flow
through TOR API, incl name changes to related data variables
and structures.

- Introduces Centaur ring ID header files and ring_apply support to generate
a separate Centaur ring image file.
- Introduces common ring ID header file consumed by both P9 and Centaur and
all user codes, e.g. putRing, ipl_build, xip_tool, etc.
- Introduces a namespace approach for complete separation of P9 and Centaur
ring data and to facilitate execution time selection of either P9 and
Centaur ring data.
- Added Centaur image .rings generation function to p9_ring_apply.
- This commit does NOT support Centaur in the TOR API nor in xip_tool. See
commit 38018 for that support.
- Modified hw_image.mk file to support Centaur XIP image generation.
- Updated ring_apply to also support .overrides ring gen for Centaur.

We determined the problem to be with the getVPD test case when
we tried to get the section info for the MEMD pnor section the
section was not currently loaded. The reason this was sometimes
passing was because the PNOR tests were loading and unloading
the MEMD module. My guess was that we were getting lucking
and reading MEMD while the pnor test has the section loaded

In Simics we deliberately use fewer parts than the module would
normally support for better performance. This downbin means that
we no longer are using a supported sort when we look for the WOF
tables. Since we don't really model the voltage/current of the
cores there is no harm in using a different table.

Gcc generates space-inefficient code for giant switch statements and
the existing display formatted encoded strings have much redundant data.
Refactor the perl script to generate a static table output containg the
string data plus lookup function and move the actual format strings to
the display code itself.
This saves ~300K for the hostboot extended image and allows the
HWPF error string data to be used outside of just the console display
object.

This commit removes some code that was doing workarounds for the
MPIPL path. One workaround was storing ring data in OCC sram, that
is no longer needed. The other workaround was clearing the PM_EXIT
sign on the PM complex's SICR register. This workaround requires
a fix in the hw_ref image which isnt in a driver yet so this
will fail until that is available in fsp-ci

P9 has a bug in the multicast logic that causes it to return a
'chiplet offline' error if there are any chiplets in the multicast
group that are offline. If the scom is performed via the PIB
we will see a pib error but the data will be valid. If the scom
is performed via the ADU we will see an error but the data we
get returned will be all FFs.
This commit will convert a multicast read operation into a series
of unicast scoms when the xscom path is in use.
