We send resets after the completion of every istep and in the middle of
some of our known long isteps. In some instances during boot, during
fast isteps or custom routines, we can send 10 or more resets within the
same second. This generates a lot of IPMI traffic and causes the BMC to
spend more time processing resets than is needed. Since our timeout is
relatively long (120s right now), it should be no issue to limit the
number of resets to one reset every 1-2 seconds
I've tested this on a zaius machine and it reduced load on the BMC and
made clean boots a little faster.

The current code enables PRD/Attention Handling on the slave
processors as soon as we get the SBE started (clocks running).
This is a problem because most of the FIR regs are blacklisted
such that we cannot write them until after the SMP is up and
we are using xscom. This restriction will lead to an infinite
loop in PRD if we get a recoverable attention on the slave proc.
The fix is to defer all of the attention handling on the slave
procs until after the SMP is up. We will move the enabled from
istep 8.5 host_attnlisten_proc to the end of istep 10.1
proc_build_smp. Note that this makes 8.5 a complete NOOP.

"range" tags in attribute type definitions need to be outside of
the "simpleType" tags for the xmltohb.pl parser to recognize
and process them correctly. This change factors out the range
tags from under simpleType tags.

The port and dimm sockets come off of the centaur on cumulus.
Update this function to look at the correct attributes.
These attribute do not exist on Cumulus so the default will
be to just return all dimms under the input target.
This code change affected the test case so an update was required
there as well (i.e. the fix for this defect).

During Hostboot IPL time it is impossible to see OBUS peers because
they exists on different nodes and Hostboot is unaware of other nodes.
Because of this we must mask off additional OBUS related firs during
Hostboot IPL time. After we have reached runtime and have re-adjusted
PEER targets we can restore the FIR values to what they were prior
to the additional masking Hostboot does during IPL time.

For dynamic VID to work, we need to send a list of membufs that
have the same VDDR_ID attribute on them to mss_volt and
mss_volt_vddr_addr_offset. This commit creates a map of
<VDDR_ID, vector of fapi2 membuf targets> to group and convert
membufs to fapi2.

In the Resource Recovery redesign, the Block Spec Deconfig attribute gets set
when a check for minimal hardware fails to find enough hardware, and it gets
cleared when there is a hardware change. Now, the Block Spec Deconfig attribute
will also be cleared when a target that had gard applied no longer has any gard

A recent change centralized some error checking code and in the
process broke indirect scoms under Opal. There is a difference
of behavior between Opal and Phyp for these kinds of addresses.
In Phyp, HBRT does all of the translation into physical addresses.
In Opal, we send the complete 64-bit address to Opal for them
to handle it, therefore we need to allow it through our scom
code.

This commit establishes base support for Secure Node Communications.
It creates a new device driver to operate the XBUS and ABUS Link
Mailboxes and adds base support for using these device drivers to
send and receive messages. It also adds a test to perform a 2-chip
XBUS Link Mailbox operation.

Currently the SMPGROUP targets under the OBUS BRICK gets the same
INSTANCE_PATH as the parent brick. This messes up the HUID-NID
mapping table needed for SMP endpoint deconfig efforts.

To support Fleetwood secure inter-node communication, we need to
“poison” the PCRs of all still functional non-master node TPMs
just prior to transferring control to PHyp, and report that

HWSV uses the following voltage rail ID attributes to determine the
right FSP_DEVICE_PATH (i2c path) and calls the power api to set the
voltages for each of the rails correctly. Since, all the IDs were 0,
we were setting only proc0/membuf0's voltages correctly. Everyone
else was getting standby voltage. This change looks at the vrm
connectors in the system xml and use their position as the voltage
rail IDs as they are unique per node, which is what HWSV is expecting.
The rails are: VDD_ID/VCS_ID/VDN_ID/VDDR_ID/VPP_ID/etc.

analysis, possibly adding more FFDC to the error log or triggering
recovery code.

will be used by FSP during alignment check, so it is important
to reflect the current TPM availability situation. Note that backup
TPM is marked as unusable in istep 6.8, and then re-checked in

we want to turn off unit checkstops for system checkstops, and then
later restore them, we call this HWP.

We can now assume that it is safe keep the watchdog running when
transitioning to the skiboot payload as it will handle it during
