* Fix range Tags in attribute_types.xmlIlya Smirnov2018-05-291-8/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | "range" tags in attribute type definitions need to be outside of the "simpleType" tags for the xmltohb.pl parser to recognize and process them correctly. This change factors out the range tags from under simpleType tags. * Update getChildTargetsForCDG to use CEN PORT/DIMMAndrew Geissler2018-05-292-7/+17
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The port and dimm sockets come off of the centaur on cumulus. Update this function to look at the correct attributes. These attribute do not exist on Cumulus so the default will be to just return all dimms under the input target. This code change affected the test case so an update was required there as well (i.e. the fix for this defect). * Save and restore OBUS related firmasksChristian Geddes2018-05-297-3/+55
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | During Hostboot IPL time it is impossible to see OBUS peers because they exists on different nodes and Hostboot is unaware of other nodes. Because of this we must mask off additional OBUS related firs during Hostboot IPL time. After we have reached runtime and have re-adjusted PEER targets we can restore the FIR values to what they were prior to the additional masking Hostboot does during IPL time. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | A recent change centralized some error checking code and in the process broke indirect scoms under Opal. There is a difference of behavior between Opal and Phyp for these kinds of addresses. In Phyp, HBRT does all of the translation into physical addresses. In Opal, we send the complete 64-bit address to Opal for them to handle it, therefore we need to allow it through our scom code. * Fixup all the voltage rail's ID attribute for both proc and centPrachi Gupta2018-05-231-0/+74
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | HWSV uses the following voltage rail ID attributes to determine the right FSP_DEVICE_PATH (i2c path) and calls the power api to set the voltages for each of the rails correctly. Since, all the IDs were 0, we were setting only proc0/membuf0's voltages correctly. Everyone else was getting standby voltage. This change looks at the vrm connectors in the system xml and use their position as the voltage rail IDs as they are unique per node, which is what HWSV is expecting. The rails are: VDD_ID/VCS_ID/VDN_ID/VDDR_ID/VPP_ID/etc. Change-Id: Ib23eaa43045fa77137c5ce5e477d007bf0c757dc CQ:SW428817 Reviewed-on: http://ralgit01.raleigh.ibm.com/gerrit1/59140 Reviewed-by: ILYA SMIRNOV <ismirno@us.ibm.com> Tested-by: Jenkins Server <pfd-jenkins+hostboot@us.ibm.com> Tested-by: Jenkins OP Build CI <op-jenkins+hostboot@us.ibm.com> Tested-by: Jenkins OP HW <op-hw-jenkins+hostboot@us.ibm.com> Tested-by: FSP CI Jenkins <fsp-CI-jenkins+hostboot@us.ibm.com> Reviewed-by: Roland Veloz <rveloz@us.ibm.com> Reviewed-by: Daniel M. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In this update, we're adding support to p9_xip_tool to be able to dissect and extract stand-alone DDCO ring files, i.e. files that are DD packaged through using the dd_container API and which is the DD packaging that XIP "understands". Right now, dissect and extract (of a specific DD level) can only be achieved if the DDCO binary is attached to the XIP image as one of the rings sections, .rings, .overlays or .overrides.
