Also did some consildation of code for the call to p9_io_obus_dccal and p9_io_xbus_pre_trainadv. This consildated code resides in istep09HelperFuncs.H/.C. See commit 38018 for that support. - Modified hw_image.mk file to support Centaur XIP image generation. - Updated ring_apply to also support .overrides ring gen for Centaur.
