A new script called genErrlParsers will scan the Hostboot code for
error log tags and create a SRC parser for each component. The
script will also scan the Hostboot code for plugin directories
containing User Detail Data parsers and will create a makefile
that is used by the FSP to build each component's SRC/UD parser.

After noticing some redundant code and some odd include gymnastics
I pulled all of the VPD related code (spd, mvpd) into a single vpd
directory/module/component. This should make the addition of the
centaur fru vpd simpler as well.
Note: this is part of Story 39177 but not all of it, merging this
early to not hold up the work for Story 44009.

Updating activate_thread to check if we're using fakePNOR
and if any of the L3 Cache is deconfigured. If all
8MB are available, it will make a call to extend Hostboot
memory to all 8MB.

If fake PNOR isn't being used, we can expand our memory space to
the full 8MB cache. There will be follow up work with RTC: 49137
to support 4MB degraded caches for bring-up.

Scan hardware procedure files and look for:
. if file has special IGNORE string, ignore (ie, initservice files)
. if file doesn't have '$Id:' tag - report it (if -m option used)
. if file has '$Id:' tag, print filename and version
Several different reporting options are supported.
In addition, make target added for obj/genfiles/hwp_id.html and this
file is now in the fsp.tar file that will be shipped.

When executing the nap instruction, all thread state can be
lost. This was causing r0 to be lost, which contained the
system-call number for the idle thread to request permission
to execute nap and as a result 'task-yield' was executed
instead of 'cpu-nap' after the idle thread took its first
nap.
Re-arranged the sreset code that handles nap-wakeup to deal
with thread-state being lost when entering nap and instead
using the previously saved task-state from the 'cpu-nap'
system call.
