The cache is initialized and enabled before the first Centaur SCOM, and disabled just prior to locking down the Centaur configuration. Once the Centaur has been locked down, the real register values are compared to the cache entries, and the Centaur is deconfigured (not garded) on any mismatch in assumptions. *	ERRL: Create Hostboot error log SRC/UD parser and deliver to FSP bld	Mike Jones	2013-02-08	1	-0/+103
	A new script called genErrlParsers will scan the Hostboot code for error log tags and create a SRC parser for each component. The script will also scan the Hostboot code for plugin directories containing User Detail Data parsers and will create a makefile that is used by the FSP to build each component's SRC/UD parser.
