Hostboot currently spends a significant percentage of
time loading data from PNOR across a relatively slow LPC
bus. This commit enables compilation of Hostboot with
-Os, optimized for space to reduce the amount of data required
to be transferred across the LPC bus
Rough measurements show a ~30% size reduction of the hostboot
image and a ~10% reduction (improvement) in boot time

There has been a trend to create more HWPs that process raw data.
This allows Hostboot and Cronus to share more code. The trick is
that we generally want to call these HWPs inside traditionally
hostboot-only code. This new fapiwrap directory will help encapsulate
all of the calls to ekb code in one place. That way if we ever need
to remove HWPs/EKB code it will be easier to stub out the calls. In the
past we have contaminated a lot of Hostboot-only code with calls out
to EKB code. This new new directory should help avoid this issue.

fapi2::getScom on OCMB targets eventually resolves
to a mmio call at runtime.
This commit registers a runtime version of mmioScomPerformOp
to the IBSCOM device ops for OCMB targets.
During runtime, hostboot will rely on the hypervisor (opal/phyp)
to issue the inband commands to perform the operation on the
desired OCMB.

A new CONFIG variable has been created that will trigger the
istep dispatcher to start the CXX unit test execution at some
point during the boot rather than waiting until the end. This
is useful for quick targeted testing and also for early bringup
of new platforms.
CONFIG_EARLY_TESTCASES is the new flag, and it uses
ATTR_EARLY_TESTCASES_ISTEP to determine where in the boot to stop.
Changes were required in several testcases to either skip the
test completely (typically due to not having enough memory) or
to add additional logic to load new support libraries on demand.
The Axone platform has this flag enabled by default to execute
testcases at the end of istep 6.9 (host_gard).

This commit introduces some tests that check that scoms out to the

i2c path to ddimm0. Eventually expscomtest.H should contain tests
that write and read over both i2c and mmio on ddimms that are and
are not behind mux chips.

Before we get OMI targets trained we must use i2c to access scom
registers on the OCMB chip. This commit does all of the plumbing so
when HWP calls getScom() on a OCMB target, the hostboot platform
recognizes this as a special scom and routes it to a new i2scom DD.
This device driver will truncate the scom address to 32 bits and
run the exp_i2c_putscom/exp_i2c_getscom interfaces to perform
the operation. Eventually we need to also support MMIO scoms to
the OCMB chip, the MMIO scoms will be used after the OMI training
is complete.

Moving ipmibase to the base image enables the development of a new,

layout of the LPC FW space using an AST MBOX-like protocol, now known as
the hiomap protocol, but using IPMI as a transport.

Prior to this change, the assembly code to invoke p9 attentions did not
flush the instruction cache, which led to the alternative behavior of the
attn instruction, namely invoking the hypervisor emulation assistance
interrupt / illegal instruction handler. This caused chaos in the shutdown
path, especially after the CPUs come online in istep 16.

-Hostboot master Drawer will create TRACEBUF section in the HB
Rsvd Mem and HBRT, while booting, gets the TRACEBUF section
details and initializes the circual buffer, if available.
-If a valid data is present in the buffer, HBRT will create an
info log ERRL, otherwise initializes the buffer.
-Traces from all components are serialized and stored in the
single TRACEBUF in the same format (fsp-binary Trace). When
buffer is full, it deletes the oldest entry/entries to store
the new ones.
-ERRL->collectTrace() works similar to other buffers.
-A new test case is added to dump the traces from TRACEBUF.

This story covers when a DMI channel gets checkstopped at runtime
and how to service the subsequent SCOM operations that PRD
requests to diagnose the issue. At runtime, PRD makes all of
its SCOM requests to HBRT which passes them on to PHYP for
in-band access. The checkstop blocks in-band access, so HBRT
must fail-over to messaging the FSP to do FSI accesses.
To reduce the number of SCOM calls to the FSP, HBRT makes
a "multi-SCOM read" call for all the common SCOMs that
PRD will request after a checkstop, and caches the results.
Two new calls (MBOX, generic messaging interface) to the FSP
were added in a previous commit to allow FSI SCOM operations
through the FSP:
- MSG_SINGLE_SCOM_OP
- MSG_MULTI_SCOM_OP
Also, a new map, chnlFailScomList, was added in a previous
commit. chnlFailScomList contains a list of target types
and associated SCOM addresses that PRD is likely want to
read after a checkstop. PRD is responsible for maintaining
the contents.

We determined the problem to be with the getVPD test case when
we tried to get the section info for the MEMD pnor section the
section was not currently loaded. The reason this was sometimes
passing was because the PNOR tests were loading and unloading
the MEMD module. My guess was that we were getting lucking
and reading MEMD while the pnor test has the section loaded

We ran out of space in the PHYP HBRT adjunct, removing a module
to see if we can fit while we wait for the fix from PHYP.
