*	p9_xip_section_append: procedure that appends XIP image sections	Richard J. Knight	2016-08-17	1	-0/+28
	Although the procedure is quite generic, it is meant to append either a Hostboot Bootloader (.hbbl) or a ring section (.rings) to an in-memory SEEPROM image. It is called prior to XIP image customization (SEEPROM image). Other use cases include FSP.
