During boot, Hostboot will push key pointers into memory. This
allows the debug tools to find the pointers (using a known static
memory address) to base memory accesses on. This replaces the
existing symbol lookup that we use now. That means we don't
need to have the exact symbol file for the build we're debugging
against.

Refactored the PNOR device driver to pull all SFC-specific
code into a new set of classes. Any time a new type of
serial flash controller (SFC) is introduced, a new subclass
should be created to support it.
Also added the full support for the AST2400 BMC that is
being used on Palmetto.

There were conditions where the HRMOR was being applied twice
during virtual memory translation. Enhance the debug framework
to handle both HRMOR-adjusted and physically-mapped addresses.

Changes to kernel code to support detection and use of HRMOR
offset in memory
Changes to tooling to handle the real memory offset
New interface to retrieve the physical address that
corresponds to a virtual address
To test, run these commands before starting up Hostboot:
system_cmp0.cpu0_0_05_0.write-reg HRMOR 0x8000000
proc_venicechip_cmp0.phys_mem.del-map p8Proc0.l3_cache_ram 0 0

Replaced 'cpfiles' with a set of makefiles that does all
of the old function and also allows more complex behaviors
such as creating a TAR file of all our common code.
Moved the delivery location of our content into a simics sandbox
to match the locations in an FSP build. Updated debug tools
to handle living in a different location.
Removed 'post_model_hook.simics' and replaced with the
{startup,standalone,combined}.simics files.
Updated various scripts that were calling 'cpfiles' to instead
call 'hbDistribute' (which in turn calls the makefiles).
