Revert "Temporary dcbf on printk for VBU."

HW team decided it wouldn't help because dcbf is a no-op out of L2
this mode.  Keeping the commit in the repo in case we want to
reference it later.

This reverts commit 7c7a61ad865942fd1e39f4b15d020d9e0454613e.
