Update Lane eRepair function to support ISDIMM
Habanero systems has the FRU VPD on the backplane
which will maintain the Centaur side eRepair data
of DMI lanes. As there are multiple Centaurs, the
eRepair functionality need to be updated to
differentiate eRepair records of different
Centaurs.
