Secure Boot: Fix lid load from HB reserved memory issues at runtime

Remove deprecated PM attributes from hostboot

A couple of old attribute have been removed from the PM code. This commit removes them from hostboot as well. This commit could be squashed into the mirror that is removing the EKB attributes if needed.
