dump: Copy data type field from MDST table to MDRT table

In case of OPAL system MDST and MDDT contains entries from multiple sources (OPAL, kernel, etc,). Post MPIPL OPAL needs a way to differentiate between them. Hence copy type field from MDST table to MDRT table.
