Enough so that he is now the top contribtor in both commit count and LOC count (not counting the original sdbusplus author). William has demonstrated solid code and design principles, maintains a presence in #openbmc and is very responsive to questions and feedback. All of these make William the most qualified for sdbusplus maintainership.
