natResourceBundle.
* java/util/ResourceBundle.java (Security): Removed.
(getCallingClassLoader): Now native.
* java/util/natResourceBundle.cc: New file.
* java/lang/natVMSecurityManager.cc: New file.
* java/lang/VMSecurityManager.java (getClassContext): Now native.
