from FileDescriptor.
(by): Removed MappedByteBuffer field.
(map): New working implementation.
* gnu/java/nio/channels/natFileChannelPosix.cc: New file, though
some code "ported" from natFileDescriptoPosix.cc.
* gnu/java/nio/channels/natFileChannelEcos.cc: Likewise.
* gnu/java/nio/channels/natFileChannelWin32.cc Likewise.
