Fixes a linker error when compiling on Ubuntu 17.04 on ppc64le with
optimisations disabled:
/usr/bin/ld: fsp-trace: Not enough room for program headers, try linking
with -N
/usr/bin/ld: final link failed: Bad value
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:8: recipe for target 'fsp-trace' failed
make: *** [fsp-trace] Error 1
