* package: remove the trailing slash sign from <PKG>_SITE variableJerzy Grzegorek2014-07-311-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk: $(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE)) so it is redundant. This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency. * lsof: do not remove WIDECHARINCL definitionBenoît Thébaudeau2014-06-091-2/+0
| | | | | | | | WIDECHARINCL is enabled by HASWIDECHAR, so removing its definition if BR2_USE_WCHAR is not set is useless. Signed-off-by: Benoît Thébaudeau <benoit.thebaudeau@advansee.com> Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni <thomas.petazzoni@free-electrons.com>

* lsof: don't use host toolchain to determine target libcBaruch Siach2014-05-151-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The lsof Configure script builds a test program using the host toolchain to test whether glibc is used. This test is broken in cross compilation environment. Set LINUX_CLIB to avoid the test. This should give the correct result even for non glibc toolchains, since all libc variants we support have the netinet/tcp.h header. Fixes: http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/a1f/a1f0572dbf968c21f70b35cefff7ef7a1d9a348a/ Cc: Benoît Thébaudeau <benoit.thebaudeau@advansee.com> Signed-off-by: Baruch Siach <baruch@tkos.co.il> Tested-by: "Yann E. * infra: introduce suitable-extractor helper functionThomas De Schampheleire2013-09-061-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | In order to simplify determining the right extractor tool for a given file type, this patch introduces a make function 'suitable-extractor'. Its usage is $(call suitable-extractor,filename), and it returns the path to the suitable extractor. * lsof: add busybox tweaksGustavo Zacarias2012-04-291-0/+3
| | | | | | | | | Since busybox 1.20+ includes a lsof applet make sure lsof gets built after busybox so that we get the full-blown version if both are enabled. Also hide the lsof package unless BUSYBOX_SHOW_OTHERS is true. Signed-off-by: Gustavo Zacarias <gustavo@zacarias.com.ar> Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <jacmet@sunsite.dk>
* lsof: fix permission of extracted filesDamian Kaczmarek2011-11-241-5/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Closes #4369 Default tar permissiong make it impossible to apply patches to some of the files. Change extraction command to skip permissions by using "-O" tar option and a pipe tar chain. * package: remove useless arguments from GENTARGETSThomas Petazzoni2011-09-291-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the GENTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to repeat its name and the directory in which it is present. * lsof: fix build after gentargets conversionPeter Korsgaard2010-12-271-4/+4
| | | | | | | With the gentargets conversion, the tarball is extracted directly in the source directory, so adjust paths to match. Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <jacmet@sunsite.dk>
* lsof: convert to gentargets and bump to 4.84Martin Banky2010-12-141-50/+46
| | | | | | | | | | lsof is packaged as a tarball inside a .tar.bz2 package, so we have a post-extract hook to extract the source code tarball, so that for the next steps, lsof looks like a normal package. * lsof: stop overriding CFLAGS in buildAndy Gibbs2010-11-041-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Closes #2767 lsof compile breaks if CFLAGS overridden in 'make' command line which is the case since buildroot-2010.08. lsof has a partial fix for this already in the form of the 'LSOF_CFLAGS_OVERRIDE=1' configure option; however this only fixes the problem in the generation of the Makefile for liblsof. This patch does two things: it extends the 'LSOF_CFLAGS_OVERRIDE=1' configure option to also cover the main Makefile; it also patches lsof.mk to make use of the LSOF_CFLAGS_OVERRIDE option. * package: Remove unnecessary dependencies on uclibc. Will Newton2009-09-031-1/+1
| | | | | | | | A C library will have been built by the toolchain makefiles, so there is no need for packages to explicitly depend on uclibc. Signed-off-by: Will Newton <will.newton@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <jacmet@sunsite.dk>
* lsof, m4: use variables from BR instead of uclibcPeter Korsgaard2009-01-181-2/+2
| | | | | | | UCLIB_HAS_.* is not defined in Buildroot space, so the conditions always evaluate to the same result. Use appropriate Buildroot variables. Signed-off-by: Markus Heidelberg <markus.heidelberg@web.de>
