Change usbmount.mk to create the directories referenced by usbmount and install the run-parts scripts appropriately. For the moment, there is only one provider for the udev features: eudev. Packages meant to provide udev-like features must select the symbol BR2_PACKAGE_HAS_UDEV. Change the usbmount script to use the environment variables set by udev instead of calling blkid directly.
