package/*/Config.in: fix help text check-package warnings

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62 characters. The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to indent the help text. Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni

softether: require libopenssl

softether tries to use SSLv3 functionality as a fallback. LibreSSL doesn't support SSLv3 anymore. Two main issues prevent a patch: - Trying to wrap the sslv3 functionality from the source with a guard clause results in linking errors after compiling is done. - There are multiple security vulnerabilities with using sslv3. - There are multiple security issues in github pertaining to using sslv3. - This project seems to not be updated very often, and the security issues are being ignored it seems. Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers should also not refer to it. The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with the letter s in the package directory. We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible. SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.
