For details see [1].

This bump also deleted the two patch files for the RAUC package. These
were related to eMMC support being made optional, and workaround for
olde kernel. Both of these patch sets have been merged into upsteam in
the rauc git repos.

Older kernel workaound:
https://github.com/rauc/rauc/commit/993b698c48789baea51f8b7c47b1e057ba328033#diff-b3a0044e6a3b6a8b16933e72f416c8f1

Make eMMC selectable:

<title>package/rauc: target rauc needs unsquashfs at runtime</title>

In order to provide info about a bundle file, e.g. running "rauc info
bundle.raucb", rauc needs to use the unsquashfs progam from the squashfs
package.

This was not documented until upstream commit 10c501c12752 ("docs:
integration: document need for 'unsquashfs' tool for 'rauc info'"), but
is already present in rauc.

This merges the next branch accumulated during the 2017.11 release
cycle back into the master branch.

A few conflicts had to be resolved:

 - In the DEVELOPERS file, because Fabrice Fontaine was added as a
developer for libupnp in master, and for libupnp18 in
next. Resolution is simple: add him for both.

 - linux/Config.in, because we updated the 4.13.x release used by
default in master, while we moved to 4.14 in next. Resolution: use
   4.14.

 - package/libupnp/libupnp.hash: a hash for the license file was added
in master, while the package was bumped into next. Resolution: keep
the hash for the license file, and keep the hash for the newest
   version of libupnp.

 - package/linux-headers/Config.in.host: default version of the kernel
headers for 4.13 was bumped to the latest 4.13.x in master, but was
changed to 4.14 in next. Resolution: use 4.14.

 - package/samba4/: samba was bumped to 4.6.11 in master for security
reasons, but was bumped to 4.7.3 in next. Resolution: keep 4.7.3.

The rauc host tool (used to generate update bundles) runs mksquashfs so
host-squashfs is required for it to work at runtime.

rauc unconditionally needs OpenSSL and libglib2. Those dependencies
were properly accounted for the target variant, but not the host
variant, causing build failures. This commit adds the missing
dependencies.
