This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help
text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the
help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62
characters.

The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A
few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to
indent the help text.

Following the bump of the thrift package, it makes sense to bump the
python-thrift package as well. Python 3 is still not supported
apparently, so we keep this package a Python 2 only one.

Switch away from the PyPI subset version since it has a great filename
clash with the full upstream apache version.

The C code (fastbinary.so) wasn't built using the cross compiler, hence
it was unusable. Fix it.

Add Python bindings for the Apache Thrift RPC.

Thrift is an interface definition language that is used to define and create
services for numerous languages using remote procedure calls (RPC).

This patch does not include the Thrift code generator. It only includes the
Thrift libraries used at runtime.
