Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:

$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))

so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.
